I sorta pushed myself too much early last week with calf raises and that had me sore for some three or four days. Yesterday I did some 11Kms with two friends.
It went okay and I am in no pain. I dont feel sore at all so this is good though we covered the distance at a jogging pace.
I will be buying a weighing scale in the next few weeks than I start watching what I eat.
