I did W2 D2 today. I struggled a little and almost broke to sweat after the last set. I did 24,24,18,18,27 (max 26).
Meanwhile UFC lost Dan Henderson to Strikeforce.

Most injuries can be repaired with ice. Especially achilles/knees. you just need to get the injury immersed in cold water ice....13-15 minutes. I use a bucket for achilles and ice after runs, or when inflamed. Injuries require a lot of care but if you put in the time injuries disappear. good luck!
