As usual, before dropping, the body tries to hang there so as DMX would say, I aint worried 'bout shit. Today I did day 1 week 2 of 200 situps program which is 14+17+14+14+20=79 situps and day 1 of week 3 of one hundred pushups program which is 14+18+14+14+22=82 pushups. Then I worked on my calves and quads. My shape is almost back. I am even thinking of delaying running so as to concentrate on explosive power and core strength...
