2012 Training Day 137: 16K in 1:22

I was up at 5:50am. The daylight crawls into life slowly at this place. I wanted to do a 150-155Bpm run but averaged at 151Bpm, which is fine I guess. Hilly route - 140ft elevation. I saw a fast muscular guy who I never caught.
In the end,16K in 1:22. Not bad. I am thinking I should recover from today's in the next three runs then Thursday I attack again.
Above are some of the Kenyan Olympians at work. I wouldnt be surprised if Bidan Karoki(sp?) - on the right of Asbel Kiprop - gets a medal: he is a guy who has failed and therefore has props.
Cheers.
A
