I was lucky to get a beginner on Sunday who I jogged with. Because I was with him, I could not run a long distance hence he helped me avoid injury because I am a slut for distance and end up getting injuries. This year I want to increase distance gradually. He is limping in pain today but I am okay. I will cross-train during the week and do 6Kms on Sunday. I feel okay. No pain anywhere in my legs. Such a relief.
