I did W6 D2 today. 33,33,45,45, 36,36,32,32, 90. It took me about 30 minutes to complete the 9 sets. I have to admit, 200 situps is way easier than 100 pushups. I may just consider going for 200 squats after this 200 situps challenge. It is excellent for the abs. Today I give you Branch Warren.
