I did week 1 day 2 of the two hundred situp program that is 9+12+9+9+15 = 54 situps and I did day three of week two of the one hundred pushups program which is 16+17+14+14+21= 82 pushups. Eeeeew. My arms are getting stronger than my abs...not good.
Otherwise, diet is on. Next week I will prolly start running 3X a week. Ndakaini, here I bloody come.
