I had a good diet run yesterday until at night when I attended a HoneyMooner's dinner at carnivore. Then came the crocodile meat, lamb chops roasted with honey, limondo, chichen wings, fingerlicking turkey, roast potatoes, ostrich meatballs...
At any rate, I tried to watch it and I am still at 89 though I think that dinner blew it.
So today I woke up 10 mins earlier.
I did 15+18+14+14+25 = 86 situps
And 20+25+15+15+28=103 pushups
Then I did 150 squats and skipped and invisible rope and threw 200 kicks.
Jay makes it as eye candy again.
