Did 12Kms Yesterday

Yep, I increased the mileage a little. It went pretty well. I am not keen on speed at the moment. Just wanna get my body back to running. I used a ag of ice for the first time yesterday to cool my hot and sore legs. It gave me incredible relief for the rest of the day. I feel okay. A little sore, as expected, but okay. Hopefully, I will be doing some 5Kms tomorrow. I wanna see how my legs progress for the next 18 hours
