Still Running. About to Get Serious...

I ran on Monday and Thursday 8Km and 5Km respectively. Monday was a public holiday but I want to start running thrice per week, then four times. Shorter distances. I believe this will minimize strain and therefore minimize injury. I do cardio kickboxing during my "rest days" except perhaps Saturday when I am allowed to sleep until 7am.
