In Search for Stimulus!
I feel kinda discouraged because I feel I have hit a plateau. I haven't been able to dip below 1:43.
I read that if I keep doing the same workouts, my body wont get any stimulus to improve so I have decided to hammer each workout after a day of rest (hence low mileage). So I did a 23K on Sunday at an average HR of 142 in 2:18. I did the 21K on Friday at an average HR of 157 in 1:48. I think I will hammer 21K again tomorrow. I will target 165BPM and see what happens.
