Training Day 139: (AM)16K with 16X100m floats +(PM)9K

I woke up feeling better. My HRM went crazy and went up to 199Bpm so at some point, I ignored it. At 5K, I went into a field and did 15X100m runs, max pace 2:26min/Km. Not bad. I will take it.
Legs not so smashed. I have just done a 9K this evening. Much better compared to yesterday.
