I had wooden legs that I couldn't feel. But I ignored their woodenness and plodded on. I was surprised because I didn't do so bad after all. I believe the legs were shot by the 90K I did last week but I was impressed that I could do a 1:56 and without the garmin.
So I have great expectations for the same run on Saturday since I expect that I will have recovered fully and will have fresh legs.
This week if I can return something close to 60K that would be great.
