I was still recovering from the 16K yesterday so I had an easy 5K then did some strides over 4K and warmed down.
Today I rest and do some carboloading for tomorrows first 21K race of 2012 with GK
Here is how it went:
Tomorrow, it will be war. Every Km is a round. That is the approach - staying in the pocket and going the distance.
I want to get this done then go back to mileage for four weeks.

March___wk1 21(1:57:51)+18+11+11+11+11=83Kms (Kampala)
________wk2 21(1:56:39)+15+10+10 = 56Kms (PF threatens-recovering from 83K week)
________wk3 21(1:53:39)+19+17+12+11=80K (bad cold, health scare - tight PF)
