2012 Training Day 196: 21K(AM) +8K(PM)

Was up at 5:10am. Left at 5:35 and Went for a 21K 1:54. Was able to meet target HR though my legs were sluggish. But I was strong.
My weight is also dropping. I am at 78.5. One and a half kilos to go.
In the evening, went for a 8K shakeout
